2、消解48h后,高温160℃处理的样品中硒的提取率最高;加混酸冷处理32h以后硒的提取率较高;土样加混酸后通过超声20min直接低温处理,可以大大提高样品的处理效率。[结论]样品称量后直接加混酸经20.00min超声,在160℃的砂浴上加热,硒的提取效果很好,是一种很好的适合氢化物-原子荧光法测定壤中硒含量的土样处理方法。关键词原子荧光法;硒;样品处理;提取率中图分类号S151.9文献标识码A文章编号0517-6611(2008)34-14843-03ResearchonSoilSampleTreatmentfo
