2、行亲子代遗传研究,结果表明,正交F1与反交F1之间的β-谷甾醇含量比较接近,无明显差异。同型系之间β-谷甾醇含量差异为420~1400mg/kg;相同株系之间β-谷甾醇含量差异为140~190mg/kg,相对较小。将2季种植的6个微胚乳组合作亲子相关分析,结果发现F1与双亲平均值相关系数r=0.6439,F1与母本的相关系数r=0.6826,F1与父本的相关系数r=0.3194,均呈明显正相关趋势,但均未达显著水平(P>0.05)。关键词玉米;微胚乳;超高油;β-谷甾醇;遗传中图分类号S513文献标识码A文章编号0517-6

4、5.Theresultsshowedthatthecon-tentsofβ-sitosterolinthesuperhighoilseedofmicro-endospermcorn(MEC)weremuchhigherthanthatinothertypeofcorns.TheheterosisoftypeIIIofMECwasdominant.Toanalyzetheheredityofβ-sitosterolinthesuperhighoilseedsofMEC,thehybridseedsoftypeIIIofMECa
5、ndtheirparentswereplantedinthespringof2006.Theresultsshowedthatthecontentsofβ-sitosterolinnormalhybridF1seedswerenotsignificantdifferentwiththatinreversehybridF1seeds.Thecontentsofβ-sitosterolweredispersedfrom420mg/kgto1400mg/gseedsbetweendifferentcombinationsinthe
