1、生物化学I（英）课程号：07110110周学时：3-0学分：3.0英文名称：Biochemistry(A)I一、教学目的与教学要求：本课程将作为学生全面进行现代生物学其他课程学习的最重要基础课程，着重开展有关生物化学基础（生命的分子理论，细胞，生物分子，水）、分子构造和触媒作用（氨基酸，多肽和蛋白质，蛋白质的三级构造，蛋白质的功能，酶学，碳水化合物及糖生物学，核苷酸及核酸，脂肪，生物膜及运输，生物信号）、新陈代谢（生物能学原理，糖酵解，柠檬酸循环，脂肪酸氧化，氨基酸氧化及尿形成，氧化磷酸化及光化磷酸化，碳水化合物的合成，脂肪合成，氨基酸、核酸的合成）及信息通路（基因和染色体，DNA代谢，RN
