2、与中频电疗仪组（对照组），通过对患者VAS分级与观察疼痛强度指数（PPI）的变化，比较分析两种治疗方法对非特异性下腰痛患者的镇痛疗效。结果：治疗组对非特异性下腰痛患者有非常显著的镇痛效果（与对照组比较，VAS分级下降，t=14.358，P<0.01；PPIt=11.494，2P<0.01），而治疗组与对照组间愈显率比较差异无统计学意义（χ=0.114，P>0.05）。生物电共振仪组共治疗5次；中频电疗组治疗10次。结论：生物电共振仪对非特异性下腰痛有明显的镇痛作用。[关键词]非特异性下腰痛；电疗；疼痛[中图分类号]R
