2、病药物治疗的情况下，服药3个月，治疗前后定期观察患者各项中医症状指标、血液流变性指标，以及肝功能、肾功能等反映用药安全性的指标。结果密蒙花方组患者中医症状改善以及稳定无加重者明显多于对照组(P<0．01)，总有效率为96．77％。服用密蒙花方患者血流变30／s切变率降低(P<0．05)，未见肝肾功能下降者。结论中药复方密蒙花方能降低非增殖期糖尿病视网膜病变患者的血液黏度，改善患者全身及局部症状，未见肝肾功能损害，其用药是有效安全的。关键词：非增殖期糖尿病视网膜病变；密蒙花方；中医症状；血流变；肝肾功能中图分
