1、骨折后关节僵硬的护理干预评价     这个文章作者说有一处不理解 .下肢骨折总患者50例,明显行走障碍有60例,你让写手改下.这篇文章骨折后关节僵硬的护理干预评价【摘要】目的：分析与探讨骨科患者骨折后关节僵硬的护理干预措施及临床价值。方法：选取本院2011年4月-2013年4月期间骨科收治的骨折患者共100例，所有患者均于骨折后发生关节僵硬。采用随机数字表法将患者均分为2组，观察组患者在常规护理的基础上给予系统性护理干预，对照组患者则仅给予常规护理。比较两组患者通过6个月护理后的总有效率，并对比两组患者的生活质量评分、护理满意率等。结果：观察组患者在经过

2、系统性护理干预之后，其总有效率为96.0%，对照组患者的总有效率则为70.0%，两组差异性有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组患者的生活质量评分为（7.0±1.0）分，对照组患者为（5.4±0.9）分，两组差异性有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组患者的护理满意率为90.0%，对照组患者的护理满意率为78.0%，两组满意率具有显著性差异（P<0.05）。结论：对于骨折后关节僵硬患者，采取系统性的护理干预，不仅能够有效改善患者的僵硬症状，并促进患者康复，还能够促进护患关系和谐，改善患者的生活质量，因此该方法值得进行推广与应用。【关键词】骨折；关节僵硬；系统
