4、edthatWaxymRNAaccumulatedinseedsfol_lowingpollination.ByRNAistrategy,the683bpsenseandantisensefragmentsinreverseorientationseparatedbya15ObpintronwereclonedintopCAMBIA3300justdownstreamofthemaizeubilpromoter.ByAgrobacteri-um-mediatedwheattransformationmethod,fourtransgenicplants(CultivarYan
