3、ueand(IL-6)andtumornecrosisfactor-α(TNF-α).However,thismanyothertissues.Numerousstudieshaveshownthatthetechniqueistime-consumingandrequiresasubstantialsampleexpressionofIL-6andTNF-αwasassociatedwithanumbervolume.Wehavedeveloped(a)anewkindofcolloidalgold-ofage-re
4、latedchronicdiseases,i.e.,cardiovasculardisease,basedimmunochromatographicstrip,and(b)acolloidalgold-diabetes,cancer,physicaldisabilities,andcognitivedeclinebasedimmunochromatographicmicrochipforsimultaneous,[8].So,itisnecessarytoestablisharapid,simple,sensitive
5、,rapid,andvisualdetectionofIL-6andTNF-α.ThelowestandspecificdetectionmethodbothforIL-6andTNF-α.The−1−1limitofdetectionis62.5ngmLforIL-6,and30ngmLforsensitivityisdefinedasthepercentageofpositivetestre-TNF-α.Boththestripmethodandthemicrochipmethodaresponsesandspec
