5、ereidentified.94%oftheseproteinswerepredictedbybioinformaticstobetargetedtothesecretorypathwayand87%ofthemwerepredictedtobelocalizedinthecellwallorattheplasmamembrane.30%oftheseproteinsbelongtoglycosidehydrolases(GHs)familieswithsomeofthempossiblyinvolvedinthehydrolysisofcellwallpolysacc
6、harides.Thesecondmajorclassofidentifiedproteinscomprisesaspartylandserineproteases.Otherproteinsarepredictedtobeoxido-reductases,containinteractingdomains,arepotentiallyinvolvedinsignallingorhaveanunknownfunction.ThisistoourknowledgethefirstsurveyofplantcellwallN-glycosylatedproteins.Key
