3、ausedderepressionofneuronaltubulin,aswellasofseveralotherneuronaltargetgenes,inbothnon-neuraltissuesandcentralnervoussystemneuronalprogenitors.TheseresultsindicatethatNRSFisrequiredtorepressneuronalgeneexpressioninvivo,inbothextra-neuralandundifferentiatedneuraltissue.IntroductionHerewehaveus
4、edtwoindependentandcomplementaryTheexpressionofcelltype-specificterminaldifferentiationgenesapproachestoassesstherequirementofNRSFforrepressionofisthoughttodependonbothpositiveandnegativetranscrip-neuronalgeneexpressioninvivo:targetedmutagenesisofResttionalcontrols1,whichareimplementedthrougho
