1、摘要物流活动随着商品的出现而贯穿生产和流通的全过程,只有科学、高效、合成较完整的理论方法体系，因此降低物流成本依然是我国企业现代物流的重要研究课题之一。本文围绕我国现阶段企业物流成本控制存在的问题与不足展开研究。首先，本文对物流成本的概念及其相关理论进行概述，为后续分析公司物流成本控制提供理论依据。其次，以顺丰快递公司的物流成本管理为例，侧重分析了该公司物流成本控制的现状，同时指出该公司物流成本控制方面存在的问题主要是企业缺乏现代物流管理意识、物流配送不科学、物流运输不合理、生产及库存成本过高等问题。最后，针对该公司物流成本控制存在的上述问题，结合
2、公司的实际以及物流成本控制的相关理论，提出加强该公司物流成本控制的对策。通过比较分析企业的物流现状，旨在对我国企业的物流成本控制管理提供借鉴价值，目的是使企业树立现代物流管理意识，降低物流成本，提高企业竞争力，从而说明物流成本控制的必要改进对于促进企业降低物流成本、提高经济效益具有积极意义。关键词：物流成本；成本控制；方法AbstractLogisticsactivitieswiththeappearanceofthegoodsthroughoutthewholeprocessofproductionandcirculation,onlyscien
