1、浅谈企业财务预算管理的问题及防范措施摘要随着市场经济的不断发展，企业为了适应现代化的管理模式，纷纷选择将企业财务预算管理引入到管理体系中。作为现代化管理的一方面，财务预算管理起到的作用越来越突出。企业财务预算编制遵循一定的程序，能够帮助企业预测未来资金流动、资金走向。然而，尽管在我国已经有多年的实践经验，企业财务预算管理方面还存在一问题。这些问题导致了一些企业没有能够在现代企业管理中站稳脚跟，没有做好相关预算安排，没有处理好未来发生的经济活动，要么现金流出现问题导致企业破产，要么没有评价好相关经济指标没有做好奖惩安排，影响员工的积极性和后续工作的开展，可以说经济研究
