6、andnitrosylated,resultingindeple-theplasmamembraneCa-ATPase(PMCA)andNa+/Ca2+tionofthestabilizingsubunitcalstabin2(FKBP12.6)exchanger.AlteredCa2+homeostasiscontributestoneuronalfromthechannelcomplexandintracellularcalciumdegenerationandcelldeath(Mattson,2007)anddefectivepost-leak.Stress-i
