4、ls--satisfiesitscustomers.Weargueallocatedprojectresourcepoolandtoresolveconflictsinthatportfoliotheoryprovidesamarketdriven,systematic,statedfunctionalandnon-functionalrequirements.andmoreobjectiveapproachtoselectingrequirementsandMoisiadis[14]highlightsthestrengthsandw

5、eaknessesofalsoaccountsforuncertaintyandincompleteknowledgeinthetwoapproachesmostcommonlycitedtoprioritisetherealworld.Weillustratethroughtwoexamples,thattherequirementsinpractice,namely,QualityFunctioneconomicdimensionisanimportantfactorofsoftwareDeployment(QFD)[23]andt

6、heAnalyticalHierarchyengineeringdecision-makingbecauseitfacilitatestheProcess(AHP)[9;11;20].ExceptfortheDistributedcalibrationofourestimatesoflimitedresources.TheCollaborationandPrioritisationTool(DCPT)[16],theseunderlyingpointisthatthesuccessorotherwiseofandotherpriorit

7、isationapproaches(e.g.,[3;8])failtosoftwaresystemsincommercialsettingscanbebetterexplicitlyaccountforuncertaintyandincompleteascertainedbymakingtheconnectiontomarket-assignedknowledgeintherealworld.Softwareengineerstendtobevalueexplicit.Ourparticularapplicationofportfoli
