1、摘要行政监督是行政管理课题中必不可缺的内容。行政监督体系建设与完善对于行政管理活动的开展，维护党的方针政策和国家的法律法规的正确贯彻实施，促进政府机关及其工作人员勤洁廉政，提高行政效率有着重要的作用。本文首先将以行政监督体系相关理论作为切入点，介绍行政监督的基本含义、特征、原则、功能以及行政监督的代表理论等内容。其次通过对行政监督体系现状分析，分别从取得的成效、存在的问题以及造成这些问题的原因三个方面进行论述，指出其存在的问题，分析该体系存在的不足。最后提出完善行政监督体系的途径：健全行政监督法律规范体系；
2、强化内外行政监督系统，并对本文进行概括总结。行政监督体系的建设步伐要满足时代和人的意识发展要求。所以要求我们不断完善监督制度加强相关的法律建设。以完备的法治和制度监督行政。本文将主要采用文献研究法：通过查阅中外关于行政监督理论研究的相关资料,从中借鉴关于监督的理论和方法；采用案例分析法：通过分析相关案例找出当前行政监督存在的问题，研究当前造成行政监督缺乏执行力和实效性的原因，并将提出如何加强行政监督体系科学性和完善性的措施。关键词：行政监督；监督体系；对策AbstractAdministrativesupe
