1、旅游业发展对就业的影响研究以陕西为例摘要陕西省为实现经济发展解决剩余劳动力问题不断在寻求出路，而陕西旅游作为一个极具开发潜力的行业自然而然的成为了首当其冲的中坚力量。为了维持充分就业与经济增长的平衡，且陕西没有传统重工业的支持，旅游业的转型改革成为了亟待解决的问题所在。只有完成了旅游业的改革促进充分就业，才能稳定快速经济发展背后的不安定因素，缓解城市压力。本文通过对陕西省的就业状况以及历年的旅游入境人数和旅游总收入进行对比，分析旅游业发展促进就业的因素，找到陕西旅游的优势与不足，调整旅游产业结构以提供更多就业岗

2、位，完善旅游政策扩大就业，扩大教育培训规模。本文主要采用了以实证和规范分析为主，并进行了问卷调查来验证，在前人的基础上去分析总结我省现在发展阶段所需要的政策来促进就业。关键词：旅游发展；充分就业；区域发展；经济联动AbstractShaanxiprovincetoachieveeconomicdevelopment,solvetheproblemofsurpluslaborinfindingawayoutandshaanxitourismasoneofthemostdevelopmentpotentialind
