3、n-stant.Thefirst[1],hereafterreferredtoasI,dealtwithstaticandstation-arysolutions.Thisdealswithtime-dependentsolutions.Weemphasizethatourinteresthereisinphysicalinterpretation;foramathematicaltreatiseonexactsolutions(upto1980)see[2].Itwillbenoticedthatcylindricallysymmetricspace-times(Secti
