4、istsfromprivateandpublicsectorscapturedperspectivesandspecificobservationsonbenefitsandrisksofoutsourcing.Emergentissuesonoutsourcingpolicy,strategyanddecision-makingprocessesweresynthesisedintoaframeworkforanalysingfactorsassociatedwithoutsourcing.FindingsThefindingssuggestthatamoreholisticviewofo
