1、互联网金融对我国商业银行信贷业务的冲击与对策—以中国建设银行为例摘要：近年来互联网在我国呈现出迅速发展态势，互联网企业借助了自身的技术优势对传统金融行业进行了强势的侵袭，使互联网金融得以快速发展。以阿里金融模式、P2P网贷、第三方支付平台等一系列的新兴互联网金融经济快速发展，吸引了大量的客户，推进了互联网金融的发展。然而同时，以商业银行为代表的银行等传统金融机构所运营的相关传统业务受到了一定的冲击。面对新型金融产业的发展方向，相关银行机构必须快速对传统业务进行转型，把一些发展缓慢的业务与网络紧密结合，紧跟时代步法，开发
2、更多适应于这个新时代的新产品与新服务，带动经济更好的发展，从而缓解银行等传统业务在互联网时代下的艰难窘境。针对目前金融机构的传统经营模式存在的问题，本文以中国建设银行为例，主要分析了互联网金融时代下传统信贷业务受到的冲击和原因分析以及应对战略，并总结现有国内外文献研究，提出今后业务发展模式，为传统商业银行发展策略提供相关的现实的参考依据。关键词：互联网金融；商业银行；信贷业务；p2p网贷；建设银行VTheImpactofInternetFinanceontheCreditBusinessofCommercialBank
