2、。方法:X孪8名参嬲藏怒键练营戆熬髀青少年(女5愈、勇3名,年龄17岁±2.53岁)进行为期四周有氧运动和膳食摭制相结合的减肥训练。禚减肥彭Il练前、中(减肥训练两周后)和后期(减H产A)II练四周后)三次测试受试者血液神经肽Y(NPY)、瘦素、胰岛素等指标。结果显示:在减肥的中期体邈、体重撂数显著终衢,LDL纛TC逡显著降低(P<0,01),TG显著降低(P<0。05);HDL显著升离《P<0+05),NPY、胰岛索显著降低(P<0.05);减肥后期与减肥中期对比LDL、痍素显蓉降低(P《0.0
