3、gntumorsandnormalovariantissueswere71%,44%,40%and0%respectively.TheNFкBp65proteinexpressioninmalignanttumorswassignificantlyhigherthanthatinbenigntumorsandnormaltissues(P<0.01).TheexpressionofNFкBp65waspositivelycorrelatedwiththehistologicalgradeandclinicalstage(P<0.05).HighexpressionofNFкBp65wasr
4、elatedtothelymphnodemetastasisofovariancancer(P<0.05).Thepositivityratesofsurvivininepithelialovarianmalignanttumorsandborderlinetumorswere65%and61%,respectively,significantlyhigherthanthoseinthebenigntumorsandnormaltissues(P<0.05).Highexpressionofsurvivinwasrelatedtotheclinicalstageandlymphnodeme

6、immunohistochemistry【摘要】目的:探讨卵巢上皮性肿瘤中核因子кB（NFкB）与Survivin的表达及相关性.方法:采用免疫组织化学SABC法检测104例卵巢上皮肿瘤中NFкBp65和Survivin的表达情况.结果:在卵巢上皮性恶性肿瘤、交界性肿瘤、良性肿瘤和正常卵巢组织中,NFкBp65的阳性表达率分别为71%,44%，40%和0%.恶性肿瘤中NFкBp65的表达明显高于良性肿瘤(P<0.05).NFкBp65的表达与病理分级和临床分期有关(P<0.05).恶性卵巢肿瘤中NFкBp65的高表达与淋巴结转移相关(P<0.05).Survivin在上皮性卵巢恶性肿瘤及交
7、界性肿瘤中的表达率分别为65%和61%，显著高于良性肿瘤和正常卵巢组织的表达率(P均<0.05),Survivin表达与临床分期和淋巴结转移密切相关(P<0.05).NFкB表达与Survivin表达密切相关(P<0.05).结论:NFкB与Survivin是卵巢上皮性恶性肿瘤发生与转移的有效指标,两者密切相关.【关键词】卵巢肿瘤;NFкB；Survivin;免疫组织化学0引言核因子кB（nuclearfactorkap
