1、O型孕妇IgG血型抗体与新生儿溶血病关系探讨疾病控制杂志1999年第2期第3卷论著作者：陶良军单位：安徽省立医院输血科，安徽合肥　230001关键词：孕妇；血清IgG抗A(B)抗体；血清IgG抗D抗体；新生儿溶血病　　【摘要】　目的　探讨O型孕妇血清IgG血型抗体与新生儿溶血病关系。　方法　采用血型血清学方法对2841对孕妇及丈夫做ABO、Rh(D)血型鉴定。对孕妇是O型，其丈夫非O型者，做产前免疫血液学检查(即ABO、Rh(D))血型鉴定，IgG抗A(B)效价测定，不规则抗体筛选和特异性鉴定)；对Rh(D)阴性者，查IgG抗D抗体。又对

2、其中212例产前有新生儿溶血病(HDN)危险的孕妇(即产前ABO血型不合，IgG抗A(B)≥64或有Rh抗体者)所生新生儿做HDN血型血清学检查(即ABO血型鉴定，Coombs试验，游离抗体和抗体释放试验)，以证实产前IgG抗体效价高低与HDN发病的关系。　结果　孕妇为O型，其丈夫非O型者767例，占27%(767/2841)；Rh阴性检出率0.32%(9/2841)，阴性产生抗D机率33.3%(3/9)；ABO血型不合者中IgG抗A(B)≥64者占27.6%(212/767)；212例产前预报有HDN危险孕妇中，有36例新生儿患HDN，
