2、ifetime.Themethodsofrecyclingmagnesiumalloyincludesolid-stateandliquid-staterecycling.Theliquid·staterecyclingmethodisappliedprevalentlynowadays,whichiscomplicatedandunsafesincemagnesiumalloyarereadilyoxidized.Thisproblemcanbesolvedbysolid-staterecycling.TheAZ91Dmagnesiumalloysamplesareprep

3、aredbyhotextrudingfrommachinedchips.Thismethodissafewithomprotectivecoveringandfusion,whichisbasedonplasticdeformationtheory,dynamicrecrystallizationanddynamicrecoverymechanism,dispersionstrengtheninganddiffusionweldingmechanism.Thestudydesignedasetofm∞ldwiththeextrusionratioof4:1、ll:l、25:1

4、、4.0:1、100:1,modularangleof60‘,6mmofworkingtape,and2‘ofroundingattheentranceofmould.Itcanmeetthepropertytestofmaterialspreparedbyhotextrusionfromrecycledmachinedchips,whichisaccordingtothedesignprincipleofextrusionmollld.TheAZ91Dmagnesiumalloywaspreparedbychangingchipsize,extrusiontemperatu

5、re,andextrusionratio.Themicrostmcturewasobserved;themechanicalpropertyWastested,andcomparedwithas-caatandthesamplespreparedbyhotextrusionfromcastingot.Theresultshowsthat:comparedwiththeas-eastAZ91Dmagnesiumalloy,thegrainisrefinedobviouslysincedynamicrecrystallizationhavetakenplaceintheproce

6、ssofhotextrusion;withextrusiontemperatureincreasing,thegrain-lI-竺至至垩三盔兰三主罂圭:竺兰耋becomescoarserin恤erangeof300℃—450℃.At400℃。themicrostructureisthemosthomogeneous,thetensilestrengthisthebiggestandreaches340.3MPa,andtheelongationis9.5%;withextrusionratioincreasing,thedeformationofmetalincreases,
