2、指标。其次，本研究结合因子分析法、层次分析法和模糊综合方法构建评价模型。相比以往的服务业评价模型，该模型充分利用指标数据，不仅能客观的生成各级指标权重还能够得到丰富详实的评价信息。再次，根据指标数据台理的确定了等级水平值并在此基础上构造了隶属度函数，从而确定了评价指标对各评价等级的隶属度。关键词：现代服务业因子分析层次分析模糊综合评价¨华中科技大学硕士学位论文AbstractModemserviceindustryistheinformation&knowledgeintensiveserviceindustry．Itisbomwiththehigh-developedsec
