3、chthehypoidgeardriveisafairlyactivefield.Basedonthedomesticandoversearesearchesonhypoidgear,accordingtothethoughtofdevelopingandinnovatingwithinheriting,themethodofcalculatinggeometricparameters,parameterizationoftoothsurfaces,strategyofsearchingconjugatecontactpoints,visualizationofgeo
4、metricalmodelandtooth-contactingmodelaredeeplyresearchedinthisdissertation.Someresearchresultsarepresented.AccordingtothemethodofgeometricparametersinGleasonCo.whichisbasedonmanualcomputation,theequationssetisexpandtotwentyequationsfromtheoriginalsixteen.Thesequenceofcalculationisfollow
5、ingtothree-layerconstructionforcalculatingthreegeometricparametersaccurately.ItsolvesthedifficultproblemsofshortageofprecisionandlargedifferenceamongtheresultsandthepresentedvaluesbythecalculationmethodofGleason.Themethodincreasestheprecisionofparameterssolutionandthestabilityofiteratio
6、nprocess.Themethodofconstructingparameterizationofteethsurfaceswithcuttingparameters,tooth-structureparametersandnormalizedparametersisbroughtforward,theconversionrelationshipamongthethreeparametersisdeduced,thedefinitionofpositionpointontoothsurfaceisunionized,whichestablishesthebaseof
