1、广西医科大学硕士学位论文大承气汤对大鼠盲肠结扎穿孔致多器官功能障碍的保护作用姓名:陈文丽申请学位级别:硕士专业:病理生理学指导教师:程建祥2003.6.1大承气汤对大鼠盲肠结扎并穿子L致多器官功能障碍的保护作用摘要目的:为了探讨大鼠盲肠结扎并穿孔引起肠外多器官功能障碍的作用及其机理,并观察大承气汤对多器官功能障碍的保护作用。方法:实验采用无菌丝线结扎盲肠远端1/2处,并用无菌九号针头在已结扎的盲肠远端中部贯通穿刺,造成腹腔感染,建立损伤模型。造模后即以大承气汤灌胃。结果:盲肠结扎并穿孔术后36h肝肾功能的生化指标、肺湿/干比值、肝、肺、肾组织中的Id
