1、内蒙古医学院硕士学位论文bFGF对兔实验性形觉剥夺性近视形成的影响姓名:格日勒图申请学位级别:硕士专业:眼科学指导教师:李晓芳;崔巍2003.6.1囊鐾查墨堂堕堡生鲢生堂垡造塞l!!堕2竖中文摘要O目的探索实验性近视的发病机制,研究碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bmF)对实验性近视形成的影响。方法使用单纯眼睑缝含法,在幼兔眼建立近视动物模型。取14疆龄幼兔45只,分A、B、C三组。A组15只,为单纯缝合眼睑;B维15只,为缝合艰险+结膜下淡射碱性成终维缨赡生长因子(bmF)翔碱性磷酸盐缓冲液(PBS);C维15只
2、,为缝合眼羧+结膜下注射碱僚磷酸盐缓冲液(PBS)。均黻右眼为实验鼹,左眼为对照眼。第60天,用带状光检影镜测量双眼屈光状态,用A超及彩超测量双眼的前房深度、I箍体厚度、玻璃体腔长度和眼周长度,眼动脉阻力及血流流速,并计算玻璃体腔长度/眼轴长度,同时进行病理学观察。缝果A,C两组中两眼的玻璃体腔长度、眼轴长度、眼动脉阻力及血流流速和玻璃体腔长度/眼轴长度间的差异麓极显著的统计学意义,面B缀以上指标均无统计学意义。三组中两跟的裁房深度、最体厚度均无统计学差巽。在录4夺性近枧暇孛,A、e鼹组申巩膜变薄、巩膜胶原
