3、oweringtimegeneOsDTH１０inrice．ChinJRiceSci,２０１６,３０(２):１２１Ｇ１２６．Abstract:Floweringtime(headingdate)isanimportantagronomictraitofcrops,anditiscloselylinkedwiththeyieldofcrops．TorevealthefunctionofricefloweringtimegeneOsDTH１０inrice,weconstructedanoverexpressingvectorofO
4、sDTH１０andanalyzedthefunctionofOsDTH１０bythereversegenetics．TheresultsshowedthattheOsDTH１０Ｇoverexpressing(OsDTH１０ＧOV)transgenicplantsdisplayedalateheadingphenotype,suggestingthattheoverexpressionofOsDTH１０delayedtheheadingＧdateofrice．RTＧPCRexpressionanalysisshowedthat
5、theexpressionlevelofOsDTH１０wasincreasedobviouslyinOsDTH１０ＧOVlineswithphenotypecomparedwiththetransgeniclineswithoutphenotypeandwildtypeplants,indicatingthatlateheadingphenotypeinOsDTH１０ＧOVlineswascausedbytheoverexpressionofOsDTH１０．ThetissueＧspecificexpressionshowed
6、thatOsDTH１０wasexpressedindifferentorgans,withthehigherexpressionlevelsinstemandleafsheath．Also,wefurtheranalyzedtheexpressionofOsDTH１０inleavesatvariousleafＧages,andtheresultshowedthatOsDTH１０exhibitedhigherexpressioninunexpandedflagleafandthesecondleaffromthetopthan
7、theseinthethirdandthefourthleaffromthetop．Inaddition,wealsoanalyzedtheexpressionofOsDTH１０indifferentphotoperiods,andtheresultindicatedthatOsDTH１０displayedahigherexpressionduringthedaytime(lightstage)andalowerexpressionatnight(darkstage)whatevershortＧdayandlongＧdayc
