3、oweringtimegeneOsDTH10inrice.ChinJRiceSci,2016,30(2):121G126.Abstract:Floweringtime(headingdate)isanimportantagronomictraitofcrops,anditiscloselylinkedwiththeyieldofcrops.TorevealthefunctionofricefloweringtimegeneOsDTH10inrice,weconstructedanoverexpressingvectorofO
4、sDTH10andanalyzedthefunctionofOsDTH10bythereversegenetics.TheresultsshowedthattheOsDTH10Goverexpressing(OsDTH10GOV)transgenicplantsdisplayedalateheadingphenotype,suggestingthattheoverexpressionofOsDTH10delayedtheheadingGdateofrice.RTGPCRexpressionanalysisshowedthat
5、theexpressionlevelofOsDTH10wasincreasedobviouslyinOsDTH10GOVlineswithphenotypecomparedwiththetransgeniclineswithoutphenotypeandwildtypeplants,indicatingthatlateheadingphenotypeinOsDTH10GOVlineswascausedbytheoverexpressionofOsDTH10.ThetissueGspecificexpressionshowed
6、thatOsDTH10wasexpressedindifferentorgans,withthehigherexpressionlevelsinstemandleafsheath.Also,wefurtheranalyzedtheexpressionofOsDTH10inleavesatvariousleafGages,andtheresultshowedthatOsDTH10exhibitedhigherexpressioninunexpandedflagleafandthesecondleaffromthetopthan
7、theseinthethirdandthefourthleaffromthetop.Inaddition,wealsoanalyzedtheexpressionofOsDTH10indifferentphotoperiods,andtheresultindicatedthatOsDTH10displayedahigherexpressionduringthedaytime(lightstage)andalowerexpressionatnight(darkstage)whatevershortGdayandlongGdayc
