4、ndraceswereanalyzedbyreseGDiguquencingopenreadingframe(ORF).ComparedwithPiGd3ORF,atotalof39nucleotidevariationswerefoundin2775GbpORFsof80riceaccessionswiththeaveragemutationrateof1.41%.TheWTBXPiGd3ORFof80riceaccesGsionswasdividedinto37haplotypesbasedonthenucleotidevariations.H8(28.
5、8%),H4(11.3%)andH23(5.0%)arehighGfrequencytypes,whileothertypesoccurredatlowfrequency.TheresultsshowedthattheWTBXPiGd3inYunnanricelandraceswasrichingeneticvariationsandhaplotypes,butlowfrequency.Atotalof28aminoacidsvariationswerefoundin33translationproteinsof37haplotypes.18haplotyp
6、eswith32ricelandracesincluding12indicaaccessionspossessdethePiGd3pseudogenes.Thefrequencyofpseudogenewashigh.ItwaspossibleduetothatthePiGd3pseudoGgenepermeatedtoindica.Terminatorswerenewlyfoundedatposition32and467ofproteinexceptthepublishedtermiGnatoratposition737.PiGd3differedinbo
7、thtypeandfrequencyofhaplotypesbetweenthesubspeciesofindicaandjaGponica,theecotypesoflowlandanduplandrice,noGwaxyandwaxyrice.ItindicatedthatgeneticdifferentiationocGcurredbetweensubspeciesorecotypes.Geographicaldistributionshowedthat37haplotypesspreadoveralargeareawhileconcentratedi
