1、2013年9月第29卷第9期JClinAnesthesiol,September2013,Vo1.29,No.9.实验研究.异氟醚对大鼠$100、Tau和I3淀粉样蛋白的影响郑雪朱昭琼张超臧宏刚龚涛武【摘要】目的探讨异氟醚对成年大鼠Sl00、1、au和I3淀粉样(Ap)蛋白的影响。方法成年雄性SD大鼠36只,1O周龄,体重250~280g,采用随机数字表法,将大鼠随机分为空白对照组(空气组,A组):大鼠不做任何处理;阳性对照组(氧气组,o组):大鼠于自制麻醉箱中吸人纯氧30rain;麻醉组(T组):大鼠分别放
2、入自制麻醉箱吸人异氟醚3Orain苏醒2h(T1组)、24h(T2组)、7d(T3组)和14d(T4组,每组6只)。采用酶联免疫吸附测定法测定血浆SIO0蛋白含量。分别在海马CA1、CA3区域测定Tau、At?蛋白阳性反应平均光密度。结果血浆$100蛋白A组为(211.5±105.4)pg/ml、Oz组(197.2+-81.9)pg/ml、T1组(142.6±42.4)pg/ml、T3组(214.6±90.2)和T4组(158.6±45.1)pg/ml,明显低于T2组(329.1±73.4)pg/ml(P~0
