1、2011;31(11)南方医科大学学报(JSouthMedUniv)·1879··基础研究·补肾活血饮对帕金森病大鼠脑内多巴胺D2受体含量的影响王海明,杨明会,窦永起,刘毅,李绍旦,李敏解放军总医院中医研究所,北京100853摘要:目的探讨补肾活血饮治疗帕金森病(PD)的作用机制。方法用直接向脑组织内注入6.羟基多巴损毁脑黑质致密部的方法建立PD大鼠模型。将120只SD大鼠随机分为正常对照组、生理盐水模型组和补肾活血饮治疗组,观察各组PD大鼠异常不自主运动变化;用放射免疫法测定治疗后大鼠脑组织多巴胺D2受体(DRD2)平衡解离常数(K
2、D)和最大结合量(B)的变化;免疫组化法观察脑组织DRD2受体阳性细胞数。结果补肾活血饮组大鼠的异常不自主运动较模型组减少。补肾活血饮治疗组大鼠损毁侧脑组织DRD2B较模型组显著增高(尸<0.01),KD值较模型组下降(尸<0.01);DRD2受体阳性细胞数(80.9-4-13.59)较模型组(11.15~6.78)明显升高(P<0.01),但与对照组无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论补肾活血饮能改善PD大鼠不自主运动,促进PD模型大鼠脑组织DRD2表达,提高DRD2亲和力。关键词:帕金森病;补‘肾活血饮;多巴胺D2受体中图分类号:R2
