1、II中职护生人文关怀能力培养研究--以广州卫生职业技术学院为例摘要随着整体医疗模式的诞生、医疗体制的改革及人们健康理念的转变，“人性化”护理呼声愈来愈高，提高护理人员人文关怀意识和能力成为当前社会医疗发展不可忽视的问题。然而我国医学院校重专业知识，轻人文关怀的现象严重，人文关怀教育没有得到应有的重视。因此提高护生人文关怀能力在现代护理教育发展中占有举足轻重的地位。本文从学校管理角度出发，研究影响护生人文关怀能力的因素并提出相应的对策。本研究采用问卷调查法和访谈法，选取广州卫生职业技术学院作为调查对象，采用统计学软件SPSS22.0对相关数据进行处理。经研究发现，总量表CAI平

2、均分为170.58±14.09，最高分为205分，最低分为117分，条目平均分为4.61±0.38分，均低于常模水平。通过相关分析得知，中职护生人文关怀能力与护生性别、年级、与父亲和亲友的关系、是否担任学生干部以及对护理专业的态度呈不同程度的相关性。据此，本研究为了提升中职护生人文关怀能力从以下三个方面入手：第一：完善课堂设置，强化人文素质教育；第二：开发校园活动，内化理念与实践并重；第三：利用多样平台，开拓关怀实践基地。关键词：中职护生；人文关怀能力；培养ITitle:StudyonCultivationofHumanisticCareAbilityofsecondaryv
