1、山西医辩大学硬士学位论文CD44v6、C---myc在宫颈鳞癌中的表达及意义摘要目的：探讨CD44v6、C．myc在宫颈鳞癌发生、发展中的作用和意义，以及二者之间的关系。材料和方法：选取30例正常宫颈组织和60例宫颈鳞癌组织，甲醛固定、石蜡包埋，HE染色后选取靶组织，制成组织芯片。然后用免疫组化方法分别检测cd44v6、c-myc蛋白的表达情况。结果：CD44v6蛋白在正常宫颈呈低表达，在宫颈鳞癌呈高表达(P<0．001)。进行Logtic多元回归分析发现CD44v6在I～II期宫颈鳞癌中的表达与病理

2、分级、累及颈管肌层深度、淋巴结转移相关，而与年龄、临床分期无关。C—myc蛋白在正常宫颈呈高表达，在宫颈鳞癌呈相对低表达(P<0．001)。C．myc的表达与临床分期、累及颈管肌层深度、淋巴结转移相关，而与年龄、病理分级无关。结论：CD44v6、C-myc在宫颈鳞癌中的表达可作为预后指标；二者有协同作用，共同检测有助于预测富颈癌的侵袭、转移、预后。关键词：宫颈鳞癌，CD44v6，C．myc，免疫组化，组织芯片山西医科大学爱士学位论文TheexpressionandsignificantofCD44v6
