3、ticalanalysis．nleotherthreewoundsineachratwerebiopsiedseperatelyandspecimenswereobservedafterHEstainingundermicroscope．2．Fouridenticalcircularfull-thicknessskinexcisionsweremadesymmetricallyonthebacksof48healthyWistarratsthatweredividedrandomlyinto6time-pointgroups(12，24，48，72，120，and1

6、erwith808nm，andthegroupswhichdidnot．Theirradiationof808nmaloneseemstofailinimprovingwoundhealingsinthisexperiment．2．Nostatisticaldifferencesexistamongthecontrolgroupandtheother3differentdosesgroupswhenthechangesofwoundareaswerecompared．However,evidentlyimprovedrecoveringoftheLLLTgroups

7、wereobservedbyhistologicalexamines，includingtheshorterperiodofinflammation，thegreaterdevelopmentofgranulations，collagens，andepithelializafion．Wecouldalsoseeevenbettertherapeuticoutcomesinthegroupswimlargerdoses．ConcIUSions：Ourexperimentsinthisstudyprovedtheexistenceoftherelationships
