1、摘要本文研究了基于遗传算法的遥感图像融合方法。首先以遗传算法理论和多尺度多分辨率分析理论为技术基础，对结合光谱信息和空间信息的遥感图像的融合算子和融合规则进行了较深入的研究。提出了基于Contourlet及遗传算法的融合方法，即利用遗传算法对高低频分量加权系数进行优化的方法，它有效地利用了Contourlet变换分析图像的特点及遗传算法的全局寻优优势。图像经过Contourlet变换分解后，生成变换域图像各频带子图，然后利用遗传算法确定一组加权系数，控制多光谱图像及全色图像各频带的子图进行线性加权，组合生成新的频带子图，逆变换得到最终的融合图像。本

2、文提出了基于区域方法匹配度及遗传算法的融合算法，该方法计算两幅图像的Contourlet域系数的区域方差匹配度，并根据优化得到的加权系数曲线计算其加权参数值。并利用优化得到的加权系数控制两幅图像的Contourlet系数加权，组合并逆变换得到融合结果。最后，本文选取了合适的评价函数作为遥感图像融合方法的性能评价参数，并仿真了若干种传统的Contourlet域融合方法和基于遗传算法的融合方法作为参照对象。实验结果表明，在主观上，本文融合方法所获融合图像具有良好的视觉效果；在客观评价指标上，它在较好地保留了细节信息的同时，光谱性能较为突出。关键词：图像
