1、丝杰钇奎趁西遨趁窟中文摘要目的:本课题主要研究红花提取物——红花黄色素(SaffiorYellow,sY)对弗氏完全佐剂诱发的佐剂性关节炎大鼠的免疫调节作用,通过动物实验,初步探讨SY的免疫调节机制。方法:模型制作第15天,开始给动物相应的药物治疗。治疗20天后,大鼠心脏采血。取全血做T淋巴细胞(11£)亚群计数;用酶联免疫试剂盒测血清中IL.8和RF.IgM;用毛细管取预先处理的大鼠腹腔液涂片,做吞噬细胞吞噬功能测定;取血清做溶菌酶测定。结果:经过本实验研究足跖注射弗氏完全佐剂可以造成大鼠的类风
