1、成都市房地产市场景气循环实证研究人文地理学专业研究生：张卉指导教师：王玉贵经济的发展带动或产生了对商业、居住和服务设施等的空间需求，从而带来了房地产市场的兴起。从本质上讲，房地产业的发展是由整体经济的发展决定的。因此，运用科学的方法对房地产的运行状态进行分析就显得尤为重要。本文采用了扩散指数和合成指数两种不同的景气指数法，分别运用不同的思路对成都市房地产市场进行监测和预警，使这两者共同成为构造经济景气监测预警系统的基本方法。扩散指数法的应用重在处理和分析数据，并通过数据分析结果描述成都市房地产景气循环的轨迹。合成指数法的运用在国家每月发布的“国房景气指数’’中已得到很好的体现，该指
