1、新课程改革已经师没能准确理解和把量低效、无效，甚至是负效的教学现象，严重影响了语文课堂的教学效率，限制了学生的全面发展，制约了语文课程改革的进一步发展。所以，当务之急便是构建语文课堂有效教学的策略体系，提高语文课堂教学的效率。笔者首先对当前语文课堂教学有效性的现状进行了调查，分析了课堂教学中的无效、低效与负效现象，并在此基础上，从教师与学生两个方面阐述了影响语文课堂教学有效性的原因。当然，这只是与语文课堂教学联系最紧密、最主要的原因，还有很多因素共同影响了语文课堂教学的效率。针对影响课堂有效教学的原因，笔者从建立三维教学目标，合理选择教学内容、正确处理预设与生成，改革教学与学习方式

2、，构建发展性教学评价体系，综合使用多媒体等多种教学手段这五个方面阐述了构建课堂有效教学策略的体系。同时，笔者又分别提出了有效教学策略的构建对教师与学生的要求：更新教师教育观念，丰富知识系统，提高教学能力，培养责任意识，加强道德修养；提高学生对语文的认识，重视语文学习，强化学生主体意识，提高学生的课堂参与，传授学生学习策略，提高学生的自主学习能力。语文课堂教学的有效性缺失很严重，所以，语文课堂教学效率的提高迫在眉睫。但是，这是一个艰巨而长久的工作，需要社会、学校、教师和学生等集体参与，共同努力，只有这样，才能构建一个高效、美好和谐的语文课堂。关键词：有效教学，语文课堂，现状，原因，策
