1、摘要大学生就业已经成为我国社会普遍关注的热点问题,是关系到干家万户及社会稳定的重大问题。近年来,我国大学生就业形势日趋严峻。因此,高校应加强职业指导教师培训,努力建设一支相对稳定、高素质、专业化、职业化的职业指导师资队伍。本文充分运用文献法、比较法,对高职院校职业指导专业化师资队伍的培养问题展开深入研究,首先对美国、德国、英国、澳大利亚四个发达国家高校职业指导师资队伍专业化培养现状做比较研究,综合考虑各国传统文化特点、教育体制等各方面与我国国情的差异,同时立足于我国国情,以现有文献数据资料为基础,加以深入分析,指出高职院校职业指导专业化师资队伍培养中存在四个根本性的问题
2、——学科归属不清楚、专业标准不明确、培养途径不规范、培养对象层次定位不准确,并提出高职院校职业指导专业化师资队伍培养的相应对策——确定学科归属、制定专业标准、统筹培养途径、明确培养对象,进一步研究确定,职业技术教育学专业可以作为高职院校职业指导专业化师资队伍培养的重要途径,为高职院校职业指导专业化师资队伍培养提供了新思路。关键词:职业指导,专业化师资队伍,培养ABSTRACTInChina,collegestudents’employmenthasbecomeahotissueofuniversalsocialconcern.Theissueinvolvestensan
