2、有些方面基本达成共识。本文分引言、正文和附录三个部分。引言介绍了本文选题的意义和要解决的问题，正文是本文的主体部分，其内容是在深入分析和解读原典的基础上，在对新老学者研究成果的基础上，考察了郭店楚简《老子》出土以来“老学”研究的代表性成果，并对郭店楚简《老子》研究成果作了较为全面的总结与评述。对研究中存在一些有争议的问题提出了自己的看法。正文分为五章。第一章是郭店楚简《老子》及其研究概况。第二章是郭店老子版本校勘。包括文本传承和楚简《老子》的文本篇章结构。第三章是郭店老子思想研究。包括对郭店老子思想三个方面的认识。第四章是老子作
