1、妊娠期糖尿病妇女胰岛素受体底物一1和血清铬的初步研究摘要胰岛素受体底物一1(InsulinReceptorSubstrate-1,IRS一1)是胰岛素信号传导系统中的一种关键蛋白,研究表明IRS—l表达异常与2型糖尿病(non—insulindependentdiabetesmellitus,NIDDM)发病具有一定相关性,NIDDM与GDM在发病机制方面有类似之处一胰岛索抵抗,IRS一1表达是否在妊娠期糖尿病(GestationalDiabetesMellitus,GD吣孕妇脂肪细胞中有所改变,国内外研究
2、尚少,而微量元素铬(Chromium,Cr)可以调节胰岛素敏感性,临床研究发现NIDDM发病与机体缺乏铬有关,人体血清中微量元素铬的水平直接与其摄入量有关,GDM孕妇体内是否缺乏铬,IRS-1与cr二者是否具有相关性,本课题即对此进行研究。第一部分妊娠期糖尿病妇女脂肪细胞中胰岛素受体底物一1的研究【目的】探讨GDM妇女孕晚期脂肪细胞胰岛索受体底物一l表达的改变。【材料和方法】正常孕妇和GDM孕妇各20例,入院第二天采用葡萄糖氧化酶法测定空腹血糖和餐后2h血糖,剖宫产时取皮下脂肪约lcm3,用WESTER—B
