2、拇短伸肌与拇长伸肌IhJ隙，可见到白骨IhJ动脉背侧之发⋯的骨皮支，确认皮支入皮后切开皮瓣的其他缘．将皮瓣切取后，冉切取目瓣露桡目远端背侧而，沿骨膜支的走，彳切取骨瓣，将骨皮支游离至起始处切断．供区直接缝合，l999年7月至2005年lj共乃7例指骨及皮肤软组织缺损患者施行前臂背侧微型骨皮瓣游离移植术，均为男性，年龄l8～37岁，平均25岁。骨皮瓣的管蒂分别与指动脉及指背静脉吻合．．结果7个骨皮瓣均完个成活，创而一期愈合皮瓣面积最小为2．5emx3．0em，最大为4．5emx3．5【·m：骨瓣面移{
