2、根据柔性体受力分析将复杂约束划分为主要约束和辅助约束。以最少的约束模态数目实现主要约束,利用弹性约束内力逼近辅助约束。按照具体的约束变形情况,在子结构模态求解之前,合理确定固有模态的截取。由于柔性体预载变形,刚柔耦合系统只能以部件或构件刚性耦合方式进行预载分析。D35钳夹车刚柔耦合仿真表明,上述技术对策的应用不仅得到了与动应力试验相吻合的内力分析结果,而且验证了其柔性体摩擦约束的稳定性。关键词:刚柔耦合系统;钳夹车;动态仿真}子结构模态综合中图分类号:U270;U272.6文献标识码:ALarge-scaleri
