1、现代食品科技ModernFoodScienceandTechnology2013,Vol.29,No.6高效液相色谱法同时测定果蔬中多种防腐剂111121綦艳,黄秋研,梁德沛,周勇,樊垚,黄翠莉(1.广东产品质量监督检验研究院,广东佛山528300)(2.中南林业科技大学,湖南长沙410004)摘要:建立了高效液相色谱法同时测定水果及蔬菜中联苯、邻苯基苯酚、噻苯咪唑、抑霉唑、多菌灵、桂醛、乙萘酚、2,4-二氯苯氧乙酸的方法。样品用碱性乙醚提取,浓缩后甲醇定容,经ODS-SPC18(4.6×150mm,5µm)柱分离,以甲醇-磷酸盐缓冲液(pH=6.8)为流动相,

6、smethodrangedfrom0.9991to0.9997.Therecoveriesatspikedlevelsrangedfrom93.4%to97.4%andtherelativestandarddeviations(RSD)rangedfrom0.53to1.96.Theresultsdemonstratedthatthismethodwassimple,sensitiveandaccurate,whichhadapromisingpotentialforpracticalapplicationsinthedeterminationofpreserv
7、atives.Keywords:HPLC;fruitsandvegetables;preservatives防腐剂是指防止食品腐败变质、延长食品贮存期相关标准对其使用限量做出了规定[5]。但是,随着防的物质,广义上的理解应该包括抗微生物剂、抗氧化腐剂种类及适用范围的不断扩大,单一的检测手段已剂和鳌合剂[1~3]。联苯、邻苯基苯酚、噻苯咪唑、抑霉经不能完全满足检验的需要,且国标中大多只针对某唑、多菌灵、桂醛、乙萘酚、2,4-二氯苯氧乙酸等高一种防腐剂进行测定,而关于果蔬中同时测定联苯、效防腐杀菌剂,具有强效的抑霉作用,对果蔬中常见邻苯基苯酚、噻苯咪唑、抑霉唑、多菌
