1、·中文论著摘要·急性胰腺炎致心肌损伤的临床研究目的分析不同类型的急性胰腺炎(AP)患者心肌酶谱及心电图的改变及临床意义。方法回顾性分析60例AP患者的心肌酶谱及心电图，其中轻型急性胰腺炎(MAP)患者43例，重症急性胰腺炎(SAP)患者17例。检测其入院后24ds时内谷草转氨酶(AST)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、肌酸磷酸激酶(CK)、肌酸磷酸激酶同工酶(Clc洲B)和羟丁酸脱氢酶(HBD)等血清心肌酶学标记物，且患者均行心电图检查。分别用t检验和f检验比较两组患者心肌酶及心电图变化的差异。结果SAP中AST、LDH、CK、CK—MB及HBDH均显著高于

2、MAP组，其差异具有统计学意义(P<0．05)；而SAP组中患者心电图改变较为明显，以窦性心动过速及T波异常为主，与MAPL[',较差异有统计学意义。结论心肌酶谱及心电图改变与胰腺炎严重程度有关，心肌酶谱的测定及心电图的检查有助于早期发现急性胰腺炎患者心肌损伤，为早期诊断治疗提供临床依据。关键词急性胰腺炎：心肌酶谱：心电图·英文论著摘要·ClinicalResearchofMyocardialDamageCausedbyAcutePancreatitisobjectiveToinvestigatetheclinicalsignificanceofse
