2、合于教学的能力开发利用信息资源的能力和信息心理能力教师信息能力对于实施素质教育提高自身专业水平均有一定的现实意义本研究对于现有教师培训模式进行了介绍和评价并在综合各种模式的基础上提出了系统培养模式系统培养模式在分析教师信息能力现状的基础上以建构主义思想为指导依据教师的特点和培养内容设计培训过程提出培训策略并对培训过程和结果进行评价和监控关键词信息技术信息能力系统培养模式IAbstractAbstract21stcenturyistheeraofthecompetition.Themanwhocangrasp
