2、dtotheshipyardfortheVESSELorbuiltinto,orinstalledinorupontheVESSEL,includingtheBUYER’sSupplies,fullyinsuredwithJapaneseinsurancecompaniesundercoveragecorrespondingtotheJapaneseBuilder’sRisksInsuranceClause.Theamountofsuchinsurancecoverageshall,uptothedateofdeliveryoftheVESSEL,beinanamountat
3、leastequalto,butnotlimitedto,theaggregateofthepaymentmadebytheBUYERtotheBUILDERincludingthevalueoftheBUYER’sSupplies.ThepolicyreferredtohereinaboveshallbetakenoutinthenameoftheBUILDERandalllossesundersuchpolicyshallbepayabletotheBUILDER.IftheBUYERsorequests,theBUILDERshallattheBUYER’scostpr
4、ocureinsuranceontheVESSELandallparts,materials,machineryandequipmentintendedthereforeagainstrisksofearthquakes,strikes,warperilorotherrisksnotheretofore,providedandshallmakeallarrangementstothatend.ThecostofsuchinsuranceshallbereimbursedtotheBUILDERbytheBUYERupondeliveryoftheVESSEL.2Applica
5、tionofRecoveredAmount(a)PartialLoss:IntheeventoftheVESSELshallbedamagedbyanyinsuredcausewhatsoeverpriortoacceptancethereofbytheBUYERandinthefurthereventthatsuchdamageshallnotconstituteanactualoraconstructivetotallossoftheVESSEL,theBUILDERshallapplytheamountrecoveredundertheinsurancepolicyre
6、ferredtoinParagraph1ofthisArticletotherepairofsuchdamagesatisfactorytotheClassificationSociety,andtheBUYERshallaccepttheVESSELunderthisContractifcompletedinaccordancewiththisContractandSpecifications.(b)TotalLoss:However,intheeventthattheVESSELisdeterminedtobeanactualorconstructivetotalloss
