1、Offer报盘Concept:Anofferisapromisetosupplygoodsonthetermsandconditionsstated.报盘(offer)是指报盘人(offerer)向受盘人(offeree)提出购买或出售某种商品的各种交易条件,并表示愿意按这些条件与对方达成交易,订立合同的行为.一份完整的报盘包括:商品名称,价格,规格,包装,装运时间,支付方式等内容.写信要点(writingskill)1.感谢对方的来函.2.发盘(商品,数量,价格,支付条款,装运,有效期).3.盼早答复.Asatisfactoryofferofquotationwillin
