1、天津大学硕士学位论文高职教师校本课程开发能力构建研究姓名:宋志娇申请学位级别:硕士专业:职业技术教育学指导教师:米靖20090501中文摘要高职校本课程开发是目前职业教育课程开发领域备受关注的焦点。高职院校教师作为课程的直接使用者亟需转变课程开发意识、提高课程开发能力。教师参与课程开发的程度在一定意义上决定了校本课程开发的质量与深度。本文在分析当前我国高职院校课程改革现状与发展趋势的前提下,从高职院校校本课程开发的内涵出发,分析高职教师在校本课程开发中所应具备的能力构成。通过对目前岛职教师参与校本课程
2、开发能力的现状分析,找出其存在的问题,最终提出针对高职教师课程开发能力培养的策略。本文共分为四章。第一章介绍了高职教师校本课程开发能力研究的背景、意义、研究思路和方法,并对国内外研究现状进行了综述。第二章阐述了高职教师校本课程开发能力的相关理论,界定高职教师校本课程开发能力的概念及其特点,并构建高职教师校本课程开发能力的结构。第三章从影响高职教师校本课程开发能力的内因、外因出发,对高职教师校本课程开发能力现状进行分析。第四章借鉴国外经验,从提升课程意识、开展教育行动研究等方面对我国高职教师校本课程开发
